This privacy and confidentiality disclaimer (the "Disclaimer") outlines the commitment of TACS to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information provided by the client in the course of providing consultation, review, update and creation of safety documents.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
All information provided by the Client, whether written, verbal, or otherwise, including but not limited to business operations, safety procedures, proprietary processes, and any other data deemed confidential by the Client (collectively, "Confidention Information"), shall be treated as confidential and protected from unauthorised disclosure.
USE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The Consultant agrees to use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of providing the services outlines in the agreement between the Consultant and the Client. The Confidential Information will not be used for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Client.
